The treatment aims at bringing about cure at the cellular level. The genetic programming of self destruction of the tissues is arrested i.e. the cause of the disease is treated and not its effects. The genes control the cell functions by determining which protein will be synthesized within the cells. These proteins are responsible for organ formation as well as for our intellect, emotions, attitude, and behavior. Therefore the physical and the mental characteristics of the patient are taken into consideration when deciding the remedy [the drug] for him. The man is treated as a whole i.e. the man in disease; unlike in other systems of medicine wherein the disease in man is attempted to be treated.
